Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Permanent Sales Director for our Semiconductor Materials and Manufacturing division. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and developing new business opportunities in the manufacturing industry.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, distributor management, and territory development. The ideal candidate will be a relentless hunter, adept at cold calling, prospecting, and new account acquisition. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the semiconductor materials and manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory and target market segment of the semiconductor materials and manufacturing industry.
2. Manage key accounts, maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
3. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, and align them with customer needs to drive sales growth.
4. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
5. Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
6. Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales and monitor sales representatives to ensure they meet company's sales objectives.
7. Evaluate market trends and provide forecasts to the management team.
8. Manage the entire sales process - from prospecting to closing deals.
9. Drive the creation of strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the semiconductor materials and manufacturing industry.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
5. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
6. Strong business sense and industry expertise in semiconductor materials and manufacturing.
7. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
8. Demonstrated experience as a sales 'hunter', able to drive new business through cold calling and prospecting.
9. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
10. Experience in managing and directing a sales team.
11. Excellent negotiation and communications skills.
12. Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
