Creekside is seeking a driven Sales Director to lead occupancy growth and marketing for our Independent and Assisted Living communities while collaborating across our full continuum of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve occupancy and revenue goals
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM tracking
- Conduct tours and build relationships with prospects, families, and referral sources
- Lead outreach, events, and marketing efforts to generate qualified leads
- Execute follow-up strategies, including calls, visits, and events
- Oversee leasing and ensure smooth move-ins
- Collaborate with leadership to support campus-wide census growth
Qualifications

- -5+ years of sales experience (senior living, healthcare, or hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking
- Organized, results-driven, and customer-focused
