Role Description

The Sales Educational Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for delivering clear, educational guidance to prospective and existing customers. In this role, the specialist conducts one-on-one web conferences, explains services and pricing, and helps individuals understand the benefits and risks associated with their options.

\n

The specialist responds to inquiries, clarifies common industry practices, and supports individuals in asking informed questions about providers and products. Day-to-day tasks include preparing educational materials, researching market and industry trends, collaborating with internal teams to improve training content, and documenting interactions in accordance with company standards. The role focuses on sales, education, and building long-term trust.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, education, and training skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in accessible terms.

• Excellent communication abilities, including clear verbal presentation skills for web conferences and concise written communication for follow-up materials.

• Ability to build trust and engage prospective customers in a consultative sales environment.

• Research skills to stay current on market and industry practices and incorporate findings into educational content.
• \n
• Comfort working in a remote, technology-driven environment, including proficiency with video conferencing tools, CRM systems, and online collaboration platforms.
• \n
• Background in sales, financial services, or related fields is beneficial but not required.
• \n
• Ability to work full time with consistent availability for scheduled web conferences and follow-up communications.
• \n
• Bachelor’s degree in education, finance, business, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
