We are looking for a Sales Enablement & Salesforce Specialist to support our organization. This role will serve as a primary resource for Salesforce support, user assistance, reporting, training, and process improvement. The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of Salesforce and enjoys troubleshooting, helping others, and finding ways to make technology easier and more effective for the team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary support resource for sales and admin teams using Salesforce and related systems.
Provide day-to-day Salesforce assistance, troubleshooting, and user support.
Maintain and update Salesforce reports, dashboards, fields, and basic configurations.
Assist with lead management, scheduling, and sales workflows.
Train new and existing employees on Salesforce and related sales technology.
Identify system or process issues and work with internal teams or vendors to resolve them.
Support integrations between Salesforce and other business applications.
Help improve sales processes, workflows, and system functionality.
Analyze sales data and provide reports and insights to leadership.
Maintain documentation and training resources.
Assist with testing and implementation of system enhancements.
Provide ongoing support for other sales technology platforms as needed.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience working with Salesforce, CRM systems, sales operations, or a similar role.
Working knowledge of Salesforce and the ability to learn new functionality.
Experience creating or maintaining Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Strong computer and technology skills.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to explain technology to users with varying levels of technical experience.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize competing needs.
Experience training or supporting end users preferred.
Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred but not required.
