ABOUT THE JOB
The Sales Enablement Manager is focused on ensuring the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively engage prospects and clients, and empower our revenue teams to achieve peak performance. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our sales learning strategy, responsible for overseeing the sales training curriculum and directly managing a team of two dedicated Sales Trainers. This role places a strong emphasis on providing enablement resources and strategies to support the entire sales process.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional content creator, a data-driven analyst, and a natural relationship builder. You will design instructional content that tightly aligns with our overarching strategic objectives, leverage learning data to prove ROI, and champion the visibility and impact of the Learning & Development (L&D) function across the organization.

Sales Enablement Training Delivery: Plan and execute impactful sales enablement learning activities, such as interactive workshops and targeted training sessions to foster team collaboration and ongoing skill development.
Lead & Develop Trainers: Directly manage, mentor, and coach a team of two Sales Trainers. Set performance goals, guide their professional development, and ensure consistent, high-quality training delivery with a view to the learner experience.
Strategic Content & Change Management
Develop Aligned Content: Create compelling, multimedia sales enablement content (i.e., playbooks, battlecards, e-learning modules, and scripts) that directly supports the company’s go-to-market activities.
Change Management: Act as an agile partner to the business by adapting enablement strategies and resources as the company introduces new products, enters new markets, or experiences rapid changes in the competitive landscape.
Coaching & Continuous Improvement
Coaching & Mentorship: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to the broader sales team, helping them refine their skills, overcome deal challenges, and achieve their performance targets. Use pipeline data and insights to proactively identify weaknesses in sales skills and processes.
Feedback Loop: Establish a continuous feedback loop with the sales team to gather insights on the effectiveness of enablement resources and strategies. Use this feedback to continuously improve and iterate on all sales enablement initiatives.
Reporting & L&D Visibility
Measure Impact: Track, measure, and analyze learning data alongside sales metrics to generate actionable reports for leadership, connecting L&D activities directly to revenue outcomes.
Promote L&D: Act as an ambassador for the L&D function. Build strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Marketing, Product and Tech to advocate for a culture of continuous learning and ensure training initiatives are highly visible and utilized.
Build Relationships & Advocacy: Build relationships with trust and credibility while advocating for appropriate learning solutions; be confident but flexible, always leading with the learner experience.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in a direct people management role.
Adult Learning Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of adult learning methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, Kirkpatrick Model, Bloom's Taxonomy) and instructional design best practices, with the ability to apply them to a fast-paced sales environment.
Event & Project Management: Proven experience organizing large-scale training events and managing complex change management initiatives, applying sound project management philosophies to produce quality learning outputs in collaboration with stakeholders
Coaching & Analytics: Strong proficiency in analyzing learning and sales performance data (experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and Learning Management Systems/LMS is required) to diagnose sales rep performance, identify skill gaps, and deliver actionable coaching.
Instructional Design: Track record of building impactful training curricula, establishing feedback loops, and creating high-quality enablement content from scratch.
Communication and Stakeholder Influence: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with a proven track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders, driving consensus across sales leadership, and articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to coach and develop direct reports while driving cross-functional alignment with senior stakeholders.
