This role partners closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to optimize sales performance, enhance customer engagement, and support growth across advisory services and energy as a service solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations & CRM ManagementMaintain and optimize the company's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics), ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and usability for the sales teamEstablish and enforce data governance standards, pipeline hygiene, and reporting consistencyManage opportunity tracking, sales stages, and forecasting processesSupport CRM enhancements, automation, and integrations with marketing toolsPerformance Tracking & AnalyticsDevelop and maintain sales dashboards and KPI tracking (pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss, revenue performance)Produce regular reporting packages for sales leadership (weekly, monthly, quarterly)Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and sales productivityMonitor and report on success metrics across advisory services and energy as a service offeringsSales EnablementSupport the sales team with tools, materials, and processes to improve efficiency and effectivenessCoordinate creation and maintenance of sales collateral, proposals, and pitch materialsAssist in onboarding and training of new sales team members on CRM tools and processesPartner with marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and go-to-market strategiesSupport lead generation initiatives, including campaign tracking, inbound/outbound lead management, and qualification processesEnsure timely routing and follow-up of leads within the sales organizationAnalyze lead sources and campaign performance to optimize acquisition strategiesCollaborate with business development to maintain a strong and balanced pipeline across target marketsQualifications, Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field2–5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or business analyticsStrong experience with CRM systemsProficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailProcess optimization and continuous improvementAbility to translate complex data into clear business insightsHigh level of organization and execution discipline#J-18808-Ljbffr
