We are looking for a detail-oriented, operationally excellent Content & Program Manager to join our Sales Enablement team. In this role, you will serve as the content operations and program execution backbone for two high-priority workstreams: ASCS (Amazon Supply Chain Solutions) and MCCF (Multichannel Commerce & Fulfillment). You will own the systems, processes, and programs that keep our enablement content current, accessible, and impactful - and ensure our certification and field feedback programs run smoothly at scale. This role sits at the intersection of content stewardship, knowledge management, and program operations. You will partner closely with two Tech Trainers to coordinate content updates, manage our CMS, offer training support, and execute key programs including quarterly certifications and Voice of the Field.

Key job responsibilities

Key job responsibilities

Training & Enablement

  • Distill complex supply chain and fulfillment concepts into clear, concise enablement assets including quick reference guides, talk tracks, and objection handlers
  • Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for ASCS learners across CN and In'tl
  • Drive completion of required eLearning paths and certification programs

Knowledge Management & CMS Governance

  • Own the Highspot homepage for our ASCS and MCF teams: manage layout, navigation, and content organization to ensure a high-quality user experience for the field
  • Continuously improve CMS usability, governance, and operational processes through regular audits, reporting metrics, and content update flags
  • Maintain Highspot as the single source of truth for all GTM resources, replacing disparate systems (Wiki, SharePoint, Confluence, Quip, WorkDocs)
  • Establish and enforce content governance standards to ensure consistency and quality across all enablement materials

Communications

  • Own the Highspot homepage as the primary field-facing content hub for ASCS and MCF enablement
  • Own logistics and coordination for the quarterly Voice of the Field program; partner with the Tech - Trainer to surface field themes and recommendations to GTM leadership
  • Drive the MCF Spotlight newsletter and provide strategic input to quarterly certification communications

Scale Enablement processes

  • Drive stakeholder alignment and milestone completion for our ASCS learning programs
  • Design, maintain, and continuously improve the async content pages for such as non-US ASCS pages and new hire resources to scale US enablement content

Amazon.com Inc

At Amazon, we don’t wait for the next big idea to present itself. We envision the shape of impossible things and then we boldly make them reality. So far, this mindset has helped us achieve some incredible things. Let’s build new systems, challenge the status quo, and design the world we want to live in. We believe the work you do here will be the best work of your life.

Wherever you are in your career exploration, Amazon likely has an opportunity for you. Our research scientists and engineers shape the future of natural language understanding with Alexa. Fulfillment center associates around the globe send customer orders from our warehouses to doorsteps. Product managers set feature requirements, strategy, and marketing messages for brand new customer experiences. And as we grow, we’ll add jobs that haven’t been invented yet.

It’s Always Day 1
At Amazon, it’s always “Day 1.” Now, what does this mean and why does it matter? It means that our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon’s very first day – to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and stay focused on delighting our customers. In our 2016 shareholder letter, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared his thoughts on how to keep up a Day 1 company mindset. “Staying in Day 1 requires you to experiment patiently, accept failures, plant seeds, protect saplings, and double down when you see customer delight,” he wrote. “A customer-obsessed culture best creates the conditions where all of that can happen.” You can read the full letter here

Our Leadership Principles
Our Leadership Principles help us keep a Day 1 mentality. They aren’t just a pretty inspirational wall hanging. Amazonians use them, every day, whether they’re discussing ideas for new projects, deciding on the best solution for a customer’s problem, or interviewing candidates.
