ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Enablement Specialist at Equiliem, you will serve as a key connection between our Sales and Marketing teams, helping Sales access the information, content, tools, and resources needed to effectively engage prospects and clients.
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing & Communications, this role will initially focus on providing responsive, high-quality support for day-to-day Sales needs while helping build a more scalable and effective sales enablement function.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. You'll partner closely with Sales and Marketing to develop resources, support business development initiatives, and turn recurring Sales needs into tools and processes that help our teams work more efficiently.
Over time, this position will play an important role in strengthening how Marketing supports business development and revenue-generating activities across Equiliem.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Sales Enablement & Support
Serve as a primary Marketing contact for day-to-day Sales requests, providing responsive and reliable support.
Develop, customize, and coordinate sales presentations, capability materials, case studies, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and other sales resources.
Help Sales identify and access the right messaging, content, research, proof points, and Marketing resources for specific prospects and opportunities.
Partner with Sales to support prospecting, outbound campaigns, client expansion initiatives, meetings, events, and follow-up activities.
Support business development teams with timely, polished, and client-focused materials that strengthen Equiliem's sales efforts.
Content & Sales Resources
Maintain and organize current sales collateral, templates, presentations, case studies, and other enablement resources.
Support the development of industry-, practice area-, service-, and buyer-specific sales materials aligned with Equiliem's positioning and growth priorities.
Ensure Sales has access to accurate, current, and consistent messaging and materials.
Partner with Marketing and internal subject-matter experts to turn business information and expertise into effective sales resources.
Help maintain consistency across sales presentations, proposals, collateral, and other client-facing communications.
Process Improvement & Scalability
Identify recurring Sales requests and opportunities to create standardized templates, tools, processes, and self-service resources.
Gather feedback from Sales regarding resource needs, usability, competitive insights, buyer questions, and opportunities for improved Marketing support.
Help track the use and effectiveness of sales enablement resources and identify opportunities for continued improvement.
Contribute to the ongoing development and scalability of Equiliem's sales enablement program.
Use AI, automation, and other technology to improve research, content development, customization, responsiveness, and workflow efficiency while maintaining appropriate human review and brand standards.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
3+ years of experience in sales enablement, marketing, sales support, business development support, communications, project coordination, or a related field.
Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requests, deadlines, and stakeholders while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Strong service orientation and ability to work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing professionals.
Ability to develop, customize, and deliver professional presentations, collateral, proposals, and business communications.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Resourceful problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while knowing when to seek input or approval.
Comfort learning and using AI, CRM, collaboration, and other business technology.
Ability to recognize recurring needs and turn individual requests into more scalable resources and solutions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience supporting a B2B sales organization or working directly with sales professionals.
Experience with proposals, RFPs/RFIs, sales presentations, outbound campaigns, and sales collateral.
Experience creating client-facing presentations and materials using PowerPoint or similar design and presentation tools.
Familiarity with JobDiva (ATS), Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Figma, CRM platforms, and sales or marketing automation tools.
Experience within staffing, workforce solutions, professional services, or another relationship-driven B2B environment.
COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & WORK DETAILS
Budgeted Salary: $75,000–$85,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
Benefits Package Includes: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, Life Insurance, Unlimited PTO, 401(k), and 7 paid holidays.

WORKING CONDITIONS
This is a remote position requiring effective collaboration in a virtual environment. The role primarily involves computer-based work during normal business hours and regular coordination with Sales, Marketing, and stakeholders throughout Equiliem.
This position requires responsiveness to changing Sales and Marketing priorities and the ability to effectively manage multiple requests and deadlines.
Occasional travel or participation in company meetings, events, sales activities, or other in-person activities may be required.
