    ABOUT MOBILE VIDEO GUARD

    Mobile Video Guard was founded in 2016 as SMART Security Pros. We provide remote monitored security surveillance primarily for construction sites, but also car dealerships, equipment yards, and other facilities across the country. We do this with a proprietary system we build in-house and install at job sites so that our Video Surveillance Experts can monitor projects for after-hours intrusion.

    POSITION OVERVIEW

    The Sales Engineer (SE) supports Account Executives by managing all aspects of contract preparation, documentation, and execution. The SE ensures that deals are accurately documented, compliant with company standards, and executed efficiently to support timely onboarding and installation.

    The SE plays a critical role in supporting revenue operations by coordinating contracts, amendments, pricing documentation, and internal approvals while maintaininga high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepare, review, and finalize customer quotes,contracts and sales agreements

    • Coordinate contract execution between customers, Account Executives/Business Developers, and internal stakeholders

    • Ensure pricing, scope, and terms align with approved deal structures

    • Manage revisions, amendments, and change orders as

    • Maintain organized records of executed contracts and related documentation

    • Support Account Executives with proposal documentation and deal logistics

    • Ensure all required approvals are obtained prior to contract execution

    • Update CRM and internal systems with accurate contract and deal information

    • Work with Account Executive on pipeline management / follow up

    • Assist with handoff of executed contracts to operations and project management teams

    QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • Experience in sales support, contract administration, or operations

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    • Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Proficiency with CRM systems, document management, and office software

    • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, operations, and finance teams

    • Experience in B2B or service-based industries preferred

    PHYSICAL JOB DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

    Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
