RIGHTECH is a leading nationwide provider of technical staffing services, and we are currently seeking qualified candidates for a remote Sales Support Engineer starting ASAP.

Job Title: Sales Support Engineer

Location: remote, but ideally lives in Columbus, OH or NYC, NY

Duration: contract to hire

Start Date: ASAP

Job Description:

Support the sales team with technical expertise for DAS and Public Safety wireless opportunities
Participate in customer meetings, site walks, discovery calls, and technical presentations
Develop conceptual system designs, budgetary solutions, and technical recommendations
Review construction drawings, RF requirements, and project specifications
Coordinate with carriers, AHJs, consultants, and internal engineering teams as needed
Assist with proposal development, scopes of work, and technical documentation
Provide guidance on applicable codes and standards related to ERCES/public safety systems
Support project transitions from pre-sales to implementation teams
Maintain awareness of industry trends, technologies, and code updates
