▶︎ What will you do:

Before Contract

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through regular meetings and visits.
• Identify customers' business challenges and propose appropriate IT solutions.
• Create solution strategies based on experience in System Integration, Network Integration, or Project Management.
• Collaborate with application, network, server, and security vendors to design the best solutions for customers.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
• Present products and services directly to customers and communicate their business value.
• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements.

After Contract

• Prepare and manage sales-related documentation to complete contracts.
• Coordinate system implementation and network infrastructure projects with internal engineers and external partners.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure smooth project execution.
• Support troubleshooting activities by working closely with customers, engineers, and business partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and partner companies.

Other Responsibilities

• Manage and update customer information using internal systems.
• Report sales activities and project status to supervisors regularly.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities with colleagues.
• Contribute to customer business growth through continuous learning and proactive problem-solving.

▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:

Business Skills

• Experience in System Integration, Project Management, or related IT fields.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide effective IT solutions.
• Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify business challenges and develop solution strategies.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
• Strong motivation to learn new technologies and take on new challenges.

IT Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure such as Network, Router, Server, Security, and Cloud technologies.
• Or programming knowledge in languages such as C, Java, R, Python, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management experience with direct stakeholder communication and coordination.
• Experience developing marketing strategies and business development initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and customer-facing projects.

• Collaboration skills with colleagues, business partners and our customers. 
• Strong will to improve your skills, try new challenges and contribute to expanding customer’s business.
