Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries and sales requests with detailed technical information.
  • Work closely with customers and engineers to pinpoint equipment needs and system requirements.
  • Craft comprehensive statements of work (SOW) for a variety of activities.
  • Develop and provide technical training resources for the sales team.
  • Play a key role in formulating sales strategies, generating leads, and developing proposals.
  • Analyze sales data and compile reports to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Foster customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Support the sales team at trade shows and professional events.
  • Engage in business development planning and ensure smooth inter-departmental coordination.
 

Qualifications:
