Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in factory automation, mechatronics, or integration sales
- Hands-on experience with AC servo motor sizing, tuning, and product recommendation
- Basic PLC/amplifier programming knowledge (IEC 61131-3)is helpful
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM tools, preferably SolidWorks
- Strong communicator with project management and CRM tool experience
Responsibilities
- Work with Account Managers to meet annual sales budget and develop tactical plans to achieve divisional sales goals
- Identify, develop, and grow strategic customer relationships to increase market share
- Serve as the primary technical and sales contact for assigned accounts covering product selection, quoting, qualification, and startup support
- Provide system-level, solution-based sales support including project and account management
- Submit timely and accurate monthly account reports and collect technical marketing data
