Position Overview
This role is responsible for sales development, customer satisfaction, account management, and order fulfillment while supporting established sales goals and expectations.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Provide input and direction for strategic sales plans aligned with corporate goals
  • Forecast sales and establish performance objectives
  • Review market analyses to identify customer needs, pricing structures, and discount strategies
  • Advise dealers, distributors, and clients on sales and advertising techniques
  • Analyze sales data to help develop policies and support channel partners in driving sales
  • Represent the organization at trade shows and industry events
  • Deliver sales presentations to clients and prospective customers
  • Meet with clients and prospects to build relationships, negotiate, and secure orders
  • Coordinate with internal sales support, manufacturing, and other related departments
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including sales volume, forecasts, and market expansion opportunities
  • Contribute to product research and development discussions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline preferred (mechanical, industrial, electrical, product design, or related field)
  • Experience in a customer-service environment (retail, restaurant, dealership, etc.)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to connect easily with others
  • A “people-person” mindset combined with technical aptitude
  • Ability to travel approximately one week per month
  • Ability to read and interpret business publications, technical documents, and regulations
  • Ability to write reports, correspondence, and procedure documentation
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to respond to questions from clients, customers, and internal teams
