SALES ENGINEER

In a Sales Engineer job you’ll be responsible for:

• Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

• Conducting technical presentations, product demonstrations, and advising clients on solutions.

• Directing sales forecasting, reviewing market analyses, pricing schedules, and sales statistics.

• Collaborating with manufacturing, HQ, and internal teams to meet customer requirements and book orders.

• Building strong relationships with clients and prospects through regular meetings and trade events.

• Monitoring competitor activities and providing input for product research and development.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a 4-year college/university, OR 5+ years of related technical sales experience (or equivalent combination).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and customer service skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities with strong presentation skills.

• Practical math skills (calculating discounts, commissions, percentages, basic algebra/geometry).

• Tech-savvy with CRM (Salesforce), MS Office/G Suite, and order processing systems.

• Willingness to travel >60% for client visits and industry events.
