Job SummaryBefore Contract:- Regularly contact/visit new and existing customers to discuss their needs/issues and explain how these needs/issues could be met by specific products and services.- Create strategies to solve customer’s needs/issues based on the experience of System Integration, Network Integration or Project Management.- Have meetings with our business partners, such as an application vendor, network/server vendor, or security vendor, to solve customer’s needs/issues.- Prepare solutions and presentations for purpose of presenting and explaining our products or services.- Emphasize product or service features based on an analysis of the customer’s needs/issues.- Give presentation and demonstration regarding our products or services to our customers directly in order to get our customers to understand our values.- Negotiate prices, terms of sales and/or service agreements.
After Contract:- Prepare sales documents to complete contract.- Coordinate projects for implementing application system/network infrastructure while working with our internal engineering team and external business partners.- Monitor and manage project schedules working with our internal engineering team and external business partners.- Assist in troubleshooting customer system issues working with our internal engineering teams and external business partners.- Maintain good relationships with customers and our business partners.

Business Skills:- Experience in B to B market as Sales.- Experience in System Integration and/or Project Management.- Good project management skills.- Ability to communicate effectively and proactively with customers.- Identify customers' business challenges and propose effective solutions based on our portfolio services.- Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.- Research system issues collaborating with other departments and resolve it.
Preferred Experience:- Marketing experience, including the development of sales strategies.- Project Manager experience, including communicating with all stakeholders to complete projects.- More than 5 years of experience as a Sales representative and/or Sales Engineer and/or Project Manager, with direct customer-facing experience in identifying customer needs and business challenges.
Nature/type of contacts this position requires:Within : Sales Support team, Engineer team, Application Engineer team, Procurement teamOutside : Customers and Business Partners who provide their solution with us to solve customer’s business issues with us.
Other:- Maintain customer records using automated systems.- Have a meeting with a supervisor in a timely manner to report daily sales activities.- Research and investigate with colleagues to find new markets and new customers.
