We are selecting ambitious candidates for a full-scale Remote Sales & Business Operations Trainee track. While our core revenue driver today is high-margin virtual life insurance sales, our true focus is training you in the three pillars of true enterprise: high-ticket deal closing, direct-response client acquisition, and operational duplication.


This is a 100% performance-based opportunity (Commission + Performance Bonuses) with uncapped earning potential. We do not offer a fixed hourly wage or a comfortable safety net—we offer intensive mentorship, real-world execution, and a proven roadmap to financial independence.


The 3-Phase Development Path:

• Phase 1: High-Ticket Sales Mastery: Master consultation frameworks, objection handling, and virtual closing strategies. You’ll engage in rigorous daily roleplay and real-world execution to build elite selling skills.
  
  
• Phase 2: Client Acquisition & Marketing: Transition from closing to hunting. Learn how to run targeted digital outreach, generate your own qualified leads, and own your distribution pipeline.
  
  
• Phase 3: Scale & Leadership Duplication: Learn how to build systems, mentor incoming talent, and scale a high-converting virtual sales organization.
