Pay Range: $72,000 - $97,000

*This position requires 30% travel throughout the state of Minnesota, primarily day travel with limited overnight travel.
Summary:
- Drive sales growth for Stadium Steve products and achieve annual sales goals.
- Build relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients through meetings, project consultations, and Lunch & Learns.
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for bleachers, grandstands, press boxes, and related projects.
- Oversee project execution, including site measurements, material procurement, scheduling, and quality control.
- Manage contractor and supplier coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships and execute sales strategies to expand market share.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress through routine site visits.
- Provide responsive, professional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to offer informed solutions.
- Identify local market opportunities and engage in community involvement.
- Represent the company at trade shows and participate in ongoing professional development.
- Promote a positive image of Stadium Steve and DFC Company.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Experience and Skills Required:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, estimating, or project management within the construction, stadium, or bleacher industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience collaborating with landscape architects and engineers.
- Strong knowledge of outdoor aluminum bleacher systems is a plus.
