Requirements

Proven sales performance in a digital agency or eCommerce

Strong CRM and analytics experience (HubSpot preferred)

Ability to scope, structure, and sell complex solutions

Solid understanding of Shopify, eCommerce, and digital marketing

Analytical, organized, and highly proactive

Comfortable managing multiple deals simultaneously

Experience leveraging AI in sales workflows

Strong communicator with leadership presence

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through outreach, campaigns, and partnerships

Manage inbound leads: assess needs, scope requirements, and define solutions

Create proposals and pricing, and consistently close deals

Own the full sales cycle from lead through handover to the delivery team

Re-engage dormant leads and maintain pipeline momentum

Optimize the sales funnel, landing pages, and conversion paths

Track performance using analytics (GA, GSC) and CRM (HubSpot)

Analyze lost deals (root cause) and improve close rates

Apply AI tools to improve lead generation and conversion

Report on pipeline health, performance, and revenue impact

Align with leadership on strategy, goals, and market positioning
