Head of HR @ Mitra Innovation | MBA, HR ExpertiseWe are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive / Hunter to accelerate MitrAI's growth across Global 2000 enterprises in the U.S. This role is centered on new client acquisition - identifying, engaging, and winning new enterprise accounts through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and solution selling. You'll own the full sales cycle from outbound lead generation and pipeline development to deal negotiation and close, while also identifying opportunities for expansion within existing clients. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, thrives in fast-growing environments, and is skilled at selling AI-driven enterprise solutions to both technical (CIOs, CTOs, Lead Data Scientists) and business leaders (COOs, CFOs, VPs of Operations). As one of the early hires in our U.S. sales team, you'll shape MitrAI's sales motion, and directly influence revenue growth and brand presence in a competitive market.
