This is a new business–focused role in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment where effort is rewarded and success is recognized. You’ll own the entire sales cycle—from lead generation through close—while collaborating with a supportive team of account managers and sales professionals who want to see you succeed.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities
Proactively prospect and generate leads (minimum 20 hours per week)
Schedule appointments, uncover client needs, and deliver compelling presentations
Build rapport, overcome objections, and confidently close deals
Manage your pipeline, Hot 25 list, and all customer data in CRM
Partner closely with account management, operations, and marketing teams
Maintain a positive, professional, and team-focused work environment
Take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the organization
3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience
Proven performance history (at least 2 full years at or above quota)
Strong prospecting and territory development skills
Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales
CRM proficiency with excellent organization and follow-through
Sales training (Sandler, Dale Carnegie, President’s Club, etc.)—a plus
Confident, outgoing, and competitive personality
A “can-do” mindset that embraces challenge and accountability
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency with MS Office tools
