We're opening a brand-new flagship sales office in Chamblee, GA, and building our next Sales Executive class. About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll prospect new shippers, build relationships with decision-makers, and grow your own book of business in freight and logistics. You'll be one of the founding reps in our new office, with real access to larger accounts and a team that invests in your growth through coaching and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new shipping customers through high-volume outbound calling
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers
• Identify and manage truckload (FTL), LTL, drayage, and other logistics opportunities
• Negotiate pricing and close new business
• Grow and manage your own book of business
• Partner with the operations team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to team success

Qualifications

Required

• 1-4 years of sales experience (outbound, inside sales, business development, or similar)
• Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and handling rejection
• Competitive, self-motivated, and coachable
• Motivated by performance-based income and long-term career growth
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Able to work on-site in Chamblee, GA, and live within reasonable commuting distance
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred

• Prior sales experience at a freight brokerage or in logistics
• Background in competitive sports or team activities
• Interest in building a long-term career in sales and logistics

Schedule
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | On-Site (not remote or hybrid)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $50,000-$55,000, plus uncapped commission
