LHH is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on new business development, with a strong emphasis on prospecting, networking, and converting opportunities into long-term client relationships. This position offers a hybrid structure with our office on the north side of Columbus.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is energized by building a book of business.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and market research

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients across targeted industries

  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs, hiring challenges, and business goals

  • Present service offerings and develop tailored solutions to win new business

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with new clients

  • Maintain ongoing relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or staffing (B2B sales preferred)

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong prospecting and pipeline management skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
