LHH is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on new business development, with a strong emphasis on prospecting, networking, and converting opportunities into long-term client relationships. This position offers a hybrid structure with our office on the north side of Columbus.

Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and market research
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients across targeted industries
Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs, hiring challenges, and business goals
Present service offerings and develop tailored solutions to win new business
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with new clients
Maintain ongoing relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or staffing (B2B sales preferred)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong prospecting and pipeline management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
