We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our clients team and oversee the sales and business development efforts for pharma products in the Mid-West and South-Central regions. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and healthcare organizations to drive sales and market penetration of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector on the West Coast.
- Generate leads, conduct market research, and develop strategies to expand our client's customer base.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and meet sales objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement tactics that drive sales growth and market share.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantages.
- Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and technical support, to ensure smooth product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer support.
- Represent our client at industry-related trade shows, conferences, and events to promote products, expand networks, and gather market intelligence.
- Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical business practices at all times.





* Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
* Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industries.
* Strong understanding of pharmaceutical research and development processes.
* Ability to articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive sales growth and overcome challenges.
* Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
