This remote Sales Executive position covers Minnesota, Iowa, North & South Dakota. Candidates must live within the covered territory.The Job ResponsibilitiesThe Sales Executive is responsible for all sales activities and assigned order quota related to the sale of Hospital, Consumables and Accessories within the defined sales territory.The Sales Executive is also the primary relationship owner and interface between Draeger and designated customers.Develop an in-depth understanding of product functions, related systems, competitors, and customer needs.Build sales through activities such as account qualification, aligning products to workflow requirements, product demonstration, quoting, and closing.Interact with clinical/technical customer service representatives during the sales process to determine needs and position Draeger solutions.Manage the sales cycle and drive to close, ensuring sales quota is achieved in all assigned categories.Provide account follow‑up and support in accordance with the strategic plan, coordinating with other departments for customer satisfaction.Implement and drive Draeger sales programs in the assigned territory under direction from the Area Sales Director.Maintain communication with Customer Service, Service, Sales and Marketing personnel to share competitive information, account details, and market conditions.Work with the Area Sales Director to develop strategic and tactical plans to attain sales targets both short‑ and long‑term.Maintain all customer information related to sales activity, including prospecting, qualification, funnel management and forecasting.Perform other duties as needed and assigned.Travel up to 80% of the time.Your QualificationsBS/BA degree in business or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA is a plus.3+ years of sales experience in a related field; clinical sales or application experience with products is a plus.Experience in a strategic and complex selling environment preferred.Must live within the covered territory.CompensationThe compensation includes a base salary of $80,000 plus uncapped commission based on sales performance.
