 ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Sales Executive to expand Equiliem’s presence across hospital systems, acute care facilities, behavioral health organizations, and outpatient centers. This is a direct-to-client sales role focused on generating new business in Allied Health and Per Diem/PRN Nursing, expanding existing relationships, and increasing Equiliem’s footprint across the Northeast region.
 
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Business Development & New Client Acquisition
  • Drive new business across hospital systems, acute care centers, outpatient facilities, and behavioral health organizations
  • Identify and pursue key decision-makers across clinical and non-clinical environments
  • Build and execute a territory plan covering 10 Northeast states
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and capability overviews that convert to active requisitions
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and partnership agreements to maximize profitability
 Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain ongoing communication to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction
  • Gain a deep understanding of client needs, staffing trends, and hiring challenges
  • Position Equiliem as a trusted, consultative partner
  • Strengthen relationships that lead to increased requisition volume and repeat business
 Strategic Sales Execution
  • Develop short- and long-term strategies to grow your book of business
  • Forecast demand, evaluate market conditions, and adjust plans as needed
  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing, service offerings, and competitive positioning
  • Maintain structured follow-up and pipeline discipline
 Internal Collaboration & Delivery Partnership
  • Partner with recruiting teams to ensure alignment on priority roles, candidate quality, and fulfillment strategy
  • Share client insights, role nuances, and feedback to optimize recruiter effectiveness
  • Support smooth onboarding and communication between clients and internal teams
 WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • 3+ years of healthcare staffing sales experience
  • Proven success selling to:
  • Hospital systems
  • Acute care
  • Allied Health
  • Per Diem / PRN Nursing
  • A strong track record of exceeding revenue or growth targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build credibility quickly with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Self-directed, competitive, and motivated by goals and financial reward
 Preferred
  • Experience selling into large regional health systems
  • Knowledge of Northeast healthcare markets
  • Familiarity with credentialing, onboarding, and compliance workflows
  • Understanding of both clinical and non-clinical hospital roles

 COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & WORK DETAILS
Salary: $70,000–$100,000 base + commission
Incentives: Sales commission plan
