Sales Executive

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in staffing, contract labor, or B2B sales
- Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets and production goals
- Aggressive, results-driven approach to generating new business
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a consultative sales approach
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Comfortable making formal sales presentations and follow-up calls
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel and work both in-office and on the road
- Ability to stay informed on market trends, competition, and pricing
- Cold calling required to meet weekly activity goals
Shifts:
- Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
