Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in staffing, contract labor, or B2B sales
  • Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets and production goals
  • Aggressive, results-driven approach to generating new business
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a consultative sales approach

  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
