Build a Sales Legacy. Not Just a Career.

We are Theraluxe. We don't just build and sell saunas — we craft personal sanctuaries of wellness for people who have decided that in an exhausting world, peace is worth building into your home. Luxury outdoor saunas, custom indoor installations, cold plunges, premium showers, and the rituals that tie them together. We build for clients who don't compromise.

For four years, our CEO has been the only salesperson at Theraluxe. He has built the company to where it is today, with sales volume doubling YOY and with a brand and marketing engine that generates inbound leads and a reputation across North America. We are hiring because we have hit the ceiling of what one person can do — and because the next chapter of Theraluxe is big.

This is our first sales hire. That word — first — is the whole pitch. You are not joining a sales team. You are the sales team's founder.

The Opportunity

You will own every inbound lead that lands at Theraluxe. Your job is to increase our conversion rate, protect margin, quote with care, build referral partnerships with the custom builders and design studios we should be in every project with, and document the sales process so that when the second, third, and fourth rep joins — you're the one building that team.

This role is designed to grow. The Sales Executive will have a defined path to Sales Leadership — building, hiring, and managing a future sales team they helped create the foundation for.

What You'll Do

Sales — Inbound & Consultative

  • Manage and nurture all inbound leads from website, Google, Instagram, and referral channels
  • Guide clients through qualification, product education, site evaluation, custom quoting, and logistics coordination through to delivery
  • Close deals across all product lines from $3,000 accessories to $250,000 custom installations
  • Own the full client relationship from first contact through production, delivery, and post-sale follow-up
  • Quote accurately and protect gross margin targets — your commission is tied directly to realized gross profit

Business Development & B2B Partnerships

  • Build referral partnerships with custom home builders, luxury developers, landscape architects, pool and landscape companies, interior designers, and design studios
  • Establish wholesale and dealer partnerships with wellness-adjacent businesses
  • Build a self-sourced outbound pipeline generating consistent referral revenue locally and across Canada
  • Manage all partner accounts with consistent long-term relationship focus

Systems & Infrastructure

  • Implement and manage a CRM for leads, pipeline, and partner accounts
  • Document the sales process end-to-end to support future team scalability
  • Identify and close gaps in lead handling, follow-up, and conversion

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in high-ticket, consultative, relationship-based sales
  • Experience in construction, luxury home products, manufacturing, or similar industries strongly preferred
  • Proven track record managing long sales cycles — months to years — while maintaining client trust
  • Experience in B2B partnership development and account management
  • Technically curious — you learn products deeply before selling them
  • Self-managed and self-motivated — you own your pipeline and results with minimal oversight
  • Builder mentality — the absence of a defined system is an opportunity, not a concern
  • Experience in or genuine passion for wellness, luxury residential, or design is a meaningful asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication — you represent a premium brand in every interaction
  • Based in or able to commute to Langley, BC — full-time in-person role

Compensation

  • Base salary: $45,000/year — paid in full throughout ramp period
  • Cell phone allowance
  • Mileage reimbursement at CRA rates
  • Pre-approved client entertainment expenses
  • Commission on realized gross profit — not revenue, not bookings

Commission Tiers (on Realized Gross Profit):

  • $0–$600,000 GP: 5.5% inbound / 9.5% outbound
  • $600,001–$1,000,000 GP: 6.5% inbound / 11% outbound
  • $1,000,001–$1,600,000 GP: 8.5% inbound / 14% outbound

OTE at target: $93,800. A strong year: $131,200. An exceptional year: $207,000+.

A 6-month ramp period applies with reduced commision rates through the training process. Ramp waiver: your first fully independent sale triggers full rates immediately.

Commission is paid on the first bi-weekly pay date on or after 30 days from full final payment received.
