We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for managing customer accounts, developing new business opportunities, supporting the sales process, and building strong, long-term customer relationships.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with customers, Sales Managers, distributors, and internal teams while contributing directly to business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound leads from the company website and other sources, identifying opportunities for direct sales or collaboration with Sales Managers and distributors.
- Research prospective customers using online resources and business intelligence tools.
- Qualify leads and determine the appropriate approach for engagement or handoff.
- Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized customer accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and understand their business needs.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new customer relationships.
- Provide customers with information regarding products, services, pricing, orders, and delivery status.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on customer requirements and company pricing.
- Coordinate sample requests and other customer needs with internal teams.
- Process customer orders and work closely with internal departments to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
- Respond to customer questions and help resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate customer, prospect, and opportunity information in Salesforce.
- Record customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Support prospecting, lead nurturing, and business development activities.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers, Customer Service, Operations, and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in sales and team meetings and communicate opportunities, challenges, and customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and sales processes.
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, account management, customer service, or a related commercial role.
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, retail, or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader sales team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
- Strong follow-through and the ability to manage customer relationships in a remote work environment.
