Sales Executive (Logistics & Operations Solutions)
 
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our client's team full-time in a dynamic, growth-focused environment in Houston, TX, near IAH Airport. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue through the sale of logistics and operational solutions.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hours (flexibility required based on client needs)
Full-time, direct hire (not a temporary position)

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support long-term business growth
• Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet operational and logistics requirements
• Achieve sales targets related to revenue, volume, and profitability
• Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service solutions to clients
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services and client satisfaction
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues as needed
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in internal systems
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
• Support collection efforts and ensure alignment with agreed payment terms

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• 2–4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or service-based industries preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to build relationships and close new business
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel for client meetings as needed
