What we are looking for…
We are seeking a self-motivated Sales Executive who will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating and closing deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
What youll do…
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities through cold outreach, e.g. cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn Inmail, DMs, Messenger, etc.
- Run the prospect through end to end sales cycle.
- Focus on building relationships with HOAs, multifamily developments, and hotels.
- Build and foster relationships with real estate agents and brokerages.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Negotiate property management agreements.
- Assist in onboarding new prospects.
- Work with exiting homeowners to retain home in portfolio.
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
- Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job.
- Build and maintain professional networks.
- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in real estate, business, or a related field.
- 3 years (min) of experience in a luxury short-term vacation rental sales is required.
- Real estate license is required.
- Self-motivated with results-driven approach.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Ability to create and deliver effective presentations.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
