About the Role
MBSS Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to generate new business across regulated medical waste, hazardous waste transportation and disposal, and same-day/overnight courier services. The Sales Executive owns the full sales cycle — from prospecting through signed agreement and successful handoff to the service team.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and prospecting
Initiate daily outbound calls and schedule meetings
Present company services and prepare proposals and contracts
Follow up consistently to close opportunities
Maintain CRM with accurate notes, pipeline, and activity records
Manage the sales pipeline and meet revenue goals
Coordinate with operations and customer service for seamless onboarding and handoff of new accounts
Build long-term customer relationships and identify growth opportunities

Qualifications
3+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
