Drive net-new business development efforts and build a consistent sales pipeline.
Identify and engage prospective insurance brokers and related organizations.
Partner closely with marketing to maximize lead generation efforts and improve lead-to-close conversion.
Conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover client pain points and position compliance solutions effectively.
Manage CRM activity, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and sales reporting with strong attention to detail.
Maintain professionalism and strong business communication throughout the sales process.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal experts to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
Attend select industry conferences and events to build relationships and expand market presence.
3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience.
Proven ability to generate new business and grow sales pipelines.
Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and closing skills.
Hunter mentality with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
Professional communication and presentation skills.
Experience utilizing CRM systems and sales enablement tools effectively.
Strong business acumen and ability to build relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
Experience within the insurance, compliance, legal, or regulatory industries.
Experience selling professional services or complex B2B solutions.
Familiarity with referral-based selling environments.
Experience working within EOS-driven organizations or highly accountable sales cultures.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Prior exposure to conference-based networking and relationship-driven sales strategies.
Base Salary:
Approximately $125,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure:
Approximately $175,000 OTE with commission and bonus incentives tied to new business growth
