We are expanding our GTM team with a proven Sales Executive who understands the emerging AI landscape and can scale a hyper-growth business.
We are seeking a Sales Executive with deep experience selling into Fortune 500 enterprises, particularly cybersecurity, engineering, trust & safety, and risk teams. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and is comfortable owning the entire sales motion, from building a territory to closing complex, six- and seven-figure deals.
You will accelerate enterprise adoption of our Automated Red Teaming platform, Safety Guardrails solutions, and accompanying managed services. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role critical to Alice continued scale.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Leadership & Territory Ownership • Build and execute a strategic territory plan from the ground up, targeting Fortune 500 and high-growth technology companies. • Position and sell an emerging category of LLM/GenAI/Agentic AI safety and security solutions and related managed services. • Develop a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and targeted campaigns in partnership with BDRs and marketing. • Full-Cycle Enterprise Sales • Lead the entire sales process from discovery, tailored demos, solution scoping, stakeholder alignment, security reviews, and contract negotiation. • Work directly with cybersecurity leaders, engineering teams, and technical evaluators to articulate the value of Alices AI Safety solutions. • Navigate complex procurement cycles and multi-stakeholder environments within global enterprises. • Negotiate commercial terms for six- and seven-figure annual agreements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to shape solutions that address customer needs and market trends. • Provide feedback to leadership on competitive insights, product enhancements, and emerging customer challenges. • Support marketing by attending conferences, customer events, and industry forums as a subject-matter expert.
Client Engagement & Travel
• Travel onsite to meet enterprise clients, run workshops, attend conferences, and support strategic presentations. • Maintain deep, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders to drive expansion and renewals.
Salary Range
The salary range for this role is $175-350K OTE and stock options - Range may vary based on experience.
