Position Summary:We are seeking a Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving growth of Clear WaterServices' industrial environmental consulting services throughout the Portland/Vancouver regionand surrounding markets. This role combines strategic business development, client relationshipmanagement, and environmental compliance expertise to identify new opportunities, expandexisting accounts, and support customers in meeting stormwater and wastewater regulatoryrequirements. A successful candidate will be someone who proactively generates new businessthrough prospecting, networking, customer meetings, site visits, and presentations, whilemaintaining and expanding long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new industrial consultancy opportunities throughout thePortland/Vancouver region and surrounding markets. Build relationships with industrial facilities, EHS teams, environmental consultants,contractors, and other strategic partners. Conduct outbound prospecting, customer meetings, site visits, presentations, andindustry networking. Support existing client relationships and identify opportunities to expand servicesacross accounts.
Consultancy & Industrial Program Growth:
Expand Clear Water Services environmental consultancy services, includingstormwater permit support, compliance assistance, inspections, monitoring, reporting,and ongoing facility support. Develop recurring industrial clients that can benefit from ongoing compliance,consulting, treatment, and operational services. Identify opportunities to expand services within existing industrial accounts andintroduce additional Clear Water Services capabilities. Develop a strong understanding of regional industrial stormwater and wastewaterpermits, regulatory requirements, and common compliance challenges affectingcustomers. Work with technical and consulting staff to develop practical scopes of work thataddress customer compliance and operational needs. Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate customer and opportunity informationwithin the CRM.
Basic Qualifications:
3-5+ years of sales experience, ideally in environmental consulting, engineering, industrialwater treatment, stormwater management, or a related technical field. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset. High attention to detail and organization. Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in Excel and other general estimating tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with industrial stormwater or wastewater permits, including permitcompliance, inspections, monitoring, reporting, or corrective actions. Familiarity with industrial facilities and the environmental compliance challenges associatedwith regulated operations. Understanding of NPDES industrial stormwater permits and applicable state and regionalregulatory requirements. Experience developing scopes of work, proposals, or technical solutions for industrialclients. Existing relationships within the Pacific Northwest in the industrial sector, environmentalconsulting, engineering, or regulatory community are a plus.
Licensing & Special Requirements:
Subject to a criminal background check. Must have a valid driver's license.
Working Conditions:Primarily on the road throughout Southern Washington State/Northern Oregon. Must be willing tobe on the road for the majority of the work week with some outside operational hours required.Must be able to operate in inclement weather, and follow proper safety procedures at all worklocations, including proper use of PPE.
