Sales Floor Associate – (Midday/Evening)

INTERMOUNTAIN FARMERS ASSOCIATION, a regional agricultural cooperative, is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of SALES FLOOR ASSOCIATE at the IFA Country Store in Provo, Utah.  RESPONSIBILITIES:Greet customers as they come into the store.Share product knowledge and expertise with customers and ensure that they receive the highest level of customer service. Provide customers with solutions to assist with their needs.Assist customers with their purchases including some parts assembly when needed.Maintain a well-organized and clean area.Effectively present information and respond to questions from customers in an informative, timely and cheerful manner. QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required. 2-4 years of equivalent customer service or sales experience. Familiarity with irrigation products and irrigation systems required. Exceptional customer service skills a necessity. Must be detail oriented, self-motivated and sales minded. Experience with operating a cash register with additional experience using other computer software and programs. Able to calculate discounts, percentages, and perform basic math functions.
