Sales Greeter Job Responsibilities

• Greet all customers promptly and professionally as they arrive on the lot or in the showroom
• Engage customers in a friendly manner and determine the purpose of their visit
• Direct customers to the appropriate sales associate or department
• Maintain awareness of showroom and lot activity to ensure smooth customer flow
• Provide basic dealership information and answer general questions
• Keep reception and showroom areas clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assist with light administrative or customer support tasks as needed
• Help create a positive and lasting first impression for every customer

Sales Greeter Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable with strong work ethic
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
