OVERVIEW
The Sales & Growth Analyst is responsible for supporting data-driven decision making and driving business insights to enhance and expand sales performance independently, inventory management, and overall brand growth within all designated accounts. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support sell through performance, identifies trends, and creates strategic initiatives across all accounts
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Support & Account Management
Sales Analysis & Reporting
Create and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc sales reports.
Monitor sales performance across all chain accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
Analyze:
Sell-in performance
Sell-through performance
Inventory productivity
Margin performance
Door productivity
Assortment effectiveness
Identify top-performing and underperforming SKUs.
Develop executive-level reporting packages and dashboards for leadership.
Communicate key findings and recommendations to sales, planning, and management teams.
Data Analytics & Business Insights
Develop and maintain dashboards using:
Microsoft Excel
Power BI
Tableau (preferred)
Analyze market trends, promotional effectiveness, and consumer buying behaviors.
Perform forecasting analyses to support sales planning and inventory decisions.
Conduct post-event and promotional performance evaluations.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve account productivity and sales growth.
Support development of annual business reviews and retailer growth plans.
Inventory Management & Operations
Monitor inventory levels across key retail accounts.
Identify inventory risks including:
Out-of-stock situations
Excess inventory
Slow-moving SKUs
Aging inventory
Support replenishment and allocation planning.
Collaborate with Planning, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to optimize inventory flow.
Assist in demand forecasting and seasonal inventory planning.
Track inventory investments and recommend actions to maximize productivity.
Growth & Merchandising Strategy

This role is hybrid and requires a minimum of 3 days on-site in our Jersey City, NJ office.

This position offers a base salary range from $80,000 to $85,000 a year, determined by a variety of factors including relevant skills, experience, location, business needs and market demand.
