Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in Springdale, AR. This role is responsible for helping customers select storage buildings, barns, garages, and custom structures while providing outstanding service throughout the sales process.

The ideal Sales Representative is personable, self-driven, and skilled at building relationships, generating new business, and guiding customers from initial inquiry through final purchase.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous sales or customer service experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships and close sales opportunities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
Strong organizational and time management skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Reliable attendance and professional appearance REQUIRED
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide professional, knowledgeable assistance
Educate customers on available storage buildings, barns, garages, and custom structure options
Prepare quotes and explain pricing, financing, delivery options, and product features
Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing customer relationships
Generate new business through referrals, outbound calls, social media, and community networking
Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and follow-up documentation
Meet sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service
Represent the company professionally within the community and marketplace
Assist customers throughout the purchasing process from inquiry to delivery
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in construction, portable building, home improvement, or related sales industries
Background in commissioned or goal-driven sales environments
Experience using CRM software or customer tracking systems
Knowledge of financing programs and retail sales processes
