What You'll Do

Help customers find the perfect RV for their lifestyle while delivering an exceptional buying experience from the first conversation through delivery. You'll work with customers in person, over the phone, online, and through social media while building lasting relationships and growing your own book of business.

Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

$100k-$150k+

Are you passionate about helping customers protect one of the biggest purchases of their lives while maximizing your earning potential? As an F&I Manager, you'll work closely with our sales team to guide customers through financing options, extended service contracts, protection products, and final paperwork while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building trust with customers.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in Automotive, RV, Marine, Powersports, Banking, or Finance (F&I experience preferred)
• Excels at building relationships and earning customer trust
• Is confident presenting financing and protection options
• Has strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Is driven by performance and enjoys exceeding goals
