Sales Hunter BFS (Banking & Financial Services) Irving, TX | Iselin, NJ | Remote Considered for Florida-Based Candidates and Philadelphia, PA Full-Time | Hybrid Flexibility We are seeking a high-performing Sales Hunter with a proven track record of driving net-new business within the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) industry. This is a strategic, enterprise-focused hunting role responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new logo opportunities across North America. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience selling IT services and digital transformation solutions into banks, financial institutions, credit unions, and FinTech organizations. This individual should be highly consultative, relationship-driven, and experienced navigating complex enterprise sales cycles at the executive level. Key Responsibilities Drive net-new client acquisition across the BFS sector throughout North America Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities Sell AI-led, digital transformation, data, analytics, and platform engineering solutions Identify opportunities tied to: Core banking modernization Lending platform transformation Intelligent automation & AI initiatives Data, analytics, and risk transformation Managed services & digital engineering programs Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers Lead strategic deal shaping, proposal development, negotiations, and closure activities Collaborate internally with delivery, solutions, and leadership teams to align client needs with service offerings Required Qualifications 15+ years of IT services sales experience 5+ years selling specifically into the BFS vertical Proven success in a true hunter role with multiple net-new logo wins Experience selling into: Banks Credit Unions FinTech Organizations Financial Platforms Strong executive presence and ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders Demonstrated experience closing large, complex transformation engagements Preferred Experience Exposure to core banking platforms such as Temenos or Finastra Experience selling AI, cloud, digital engineering, or platform modernization services Background within large IT consulting, systems integration, or technology services organizations Work Environment Hybrid schedule with 2 onsite days per week for candidates located near Irving, TX or Iselin, NJ Remote flexibility available for qualified Florida-based candidates Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
