Sales Implementation Specialist

Position Overview

• This is a project-based, fully remote position supporting the Open Enrollment Implementation Team.
• Contract is expected to run through late January / early February (end of Open Enrollment).
• The resource will work closely with Project Managers and the Implementation Team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Review and process implementation paperwork.
• Perform data entry and verify information across internal systems.
• Support project managers with implementation documentation.
• Use Salesforce to track and manage implementation activities.
• Send client communications from the implementation email inbox (not a customer support role).
  • Example emails:
    • Introduce the implementation team.
    • Confirm implementation has been received.
    • Inform clients that a Project Manager will contact them within the expected timeframe.
• Maintain accurate records and assist throughout the implementation process.
• Handle a high volume of implementations during Open Enrollment.

Required Skills

• Strong administrative and data entry experience.
• Experience verifying information and maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Comfortable learning multiple internal systems.
• Salesforce- knowing how to navigate it

Education: High School
Experience with flexible spending accounts in COBRA will be helpful
Healthcare BG preferred
