Our client is currently seeking a Procurement Specialist/Buyer that will work extensively with our Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes.
This position will work for Inside Sales Coordinator doing:
* Work with Aftermarket with placing orders, checking stock levels
* Enter Sales orders
* Communicate / Report to/with Hine Corporate Offices when needed
* Send out quotes with emails, follow up on quotes.
* Sales Team support for completing quotes.
* Other documentation as customer needs.
* Research for technical parts for pricing and vendors.
Required Skills
* Experience in manufacturing environment
* Experience or knowledge of ERP, customer portals entry.
* Able to communicate professionally with all levels of employees and with the corporate office
* Basic computer skills Word, Excel (pivot table exp. and v lookup a plus)
* Teamwork
* Flexible to quickly changing demands.
* Organized with details.
Preferred Requirements:
* Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, filters, and functions, along with strong communication and prioritization abilities.S
