Job Overview: 

As an IHT Sales Associate, you will work alongside a team of sales professionals delivering exceptional experiences by providing world-class customer service, creating & recommending solutions that drive revenue beyond targets, and supporting the district in all facets of retail operations to ensure stores operate at optimal performance levels. Compensation Range: $19.29 - $25.00 /Hourly + Commission 

Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities: 

• Achieve individual sales goals and KPIs while upholding company values and supporting key initiatives.
• Engage with customers to understand their spa, sauna, and cold plunge needs, providing tailored product recommendations.
• Accurately process sales transactions through the POS system in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment that reflects the brand’s standards.
• Support merchandising efforts and assist with inventory management.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through follow-ups, issue resolution, and exceptional post-sale service.

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to complete all required training.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
