WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will be trained to:

• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles

• Assist customers in the dealership and online

• Work internet leads and customer follow-up

• Communicate by phone, text, email, and digital platforms

• Create short-form videos and approved social media content

• Build your own customer following

• Follow a professional automotive sales process

• Represent Kia of Abilene and the Auto Group professionally

PAID TRAINING - 100% ATTENDANCE REQUIRED

Selected candidates will receive paid professional training.

Training is mandatory. Candidates must attend and complete 100% of the scheduled training program.

No late arrivals. No early departures. No missed training sessions.

SOCIAL MEDIA & DIGITAL CONTENT

This position includes creating approved video, photo, and digital content as part of your job responsibilities.

Content created in connection with your employment or assigned job duties may be used by the dealership and affiliated companies for advertising, marketing, training, and promotional purposes in accordance with company policies and applicable law.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license and insurability where required

• Professional appearance and communication skills

• Ability and willingness to appear on camera

• Ability to work dealership hours and a flexible schedule

• Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening

• Commitment to completing the entire paid training program
