MANDATORY TRAINING REQUIREMENT

All new hires must attend and complete 100% of required training:

• Failure to complete training in full will result in disqualification

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sell products and services in person and online

• Handle internet leads, follow-ups, and customer communications

• Create short-form video and social media content as part of daily responsibilities

• Post approved content to designated platforms

• Represent the company professionally at all times

• Follow established sales, marketing, and engagement processes

• Any video, photo, or digital content created during employment or in connection with job duties is the sole property of the employer and affiliated partners

• Content may be used for marketing, advertising, training, and promotional purposes

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

• Valid driver's license (if applicable)

• Professional appearance and attitude

• Willingness to be on camera and create digital content

• Ability to work a flexible schedule
