Job Description Martin Transport Inc. is seeking a hands on Sales and Operations Manager with transportation supervisory experience to lead and grow our Lake Charles LATerminal. The ideal candidate will display strong character and integrity and will be responsible for all safety sales and operational aspects of the terminal in accordance with company guidelines. This position requires a multitasking leader who is able to analyze and direct the changing dynamics of a 247 transportation terminal. The ideal candidate must be familiar with DOT compliance and maintenance and a minimum of 5 years of transportation experience supervising Class -A CDL drivers. Proficient in Word Excel and Outlook is preferred. A proven record of trucking and leadership experience is required. Job Requirements EXPERIENCE EDUCATION High School Diploma or equivalent. 5 plus years of experience in a logisticstrucking environment. Demonstrated ability to maintain effectiveness within a dynamic and fast paced environment with varied task requirements and changing demands. Strong analytical problem solving interpersonal planning & organizational skills.
