The Role (Your Day-to-Day)

As our Sales Lead Coordinator, you’re the operational engine behind our sales team. You’ll manage incoming leads, keep the pipeline clean, coordinate schedules, and make sure every customer gets a professional follow-up experience.

A great day looks like: leads are logged correctly, appointments are confirmed, customers get quick answers, the sales team has what they need, and leadership can trust the data.

This is an in-office role at Lamar Heat & Air in Aledo, TX.


What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Own lead intake: capture customer details, service needs, and urgency with clean notes in our CRM (ServiceTitan or similar)
  • Coordinate schedules for sales calls/estimates and confirm appointments (reducing no-shows)
  • Support sales reps with accurate job/customer information, documentation, and prep materials
  • Track pipeline activity and outcomes (calls made, appointments set, follow-ups completed, sales statuses)
  • Handle customer questions and after-visit follow-ups with calm, professional communication
  • Keep records organized: customer files, estimates, statuses, and internal handoffs


What Makes You a Fit

  • 2+ years in sales support, coordinator, dispatcher/CSR, or admin-heavy customer service
  • Comfortable working inside a CRM (ServiceTitan preferred; other CRMs accepted if you learn fast)
  • Strong phone presence: clear, confident, friendly, and able to guide customers to the next step
  • Highly organized—your default is checklists, clean notes, and closed loops
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment without getting sloppy
  • In-office availability in Aledo, TX
