Position Summary
The Sales Lead Coordinator manages the sales lead process from the initial customer inquiry through scheduling, lead assignment, and follow-up tracking. This role partners closely with the Sales Manager to keep the sales process organized and help maximize opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule estimates and manage incoming sales leads
- Track technician-generated leads
- Train technicians on lead processes
- Assign leads to the appropriate sales representative
- Support the Sales Manager with daily operations
- Monitor lead follow-up and sales performance
- Help improve sales processes and the customer experience
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with sales tracking or CRM software preferred
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
