Job Responsibilities

• Greets and assists customers throughout their shopping experience nt
• Maximizes sales by suggesting products and up-selling when appropriate nt
• Remains knowledgeable of the store's merchandise and current promotions nt
• Trains store associates on daily operations and best sales practices nt
• Ensures cleanliness and upkeep of the store; maintains store displays and merchandise nt
• Replenishes backstock, ensuring appropriate levels of merchandise on the floor nt
• Conducts markdowns of merchandise as instructed nt
• Performs opening/closing duties, including securing cash registers and store security nt
• Communicates customer complaints and inventory concerns to management in a timely manner nt
• Oversees the opening and closing of the store nt
• Resolves employee conflict and escalates to upper management as appropriate nt
• Counts cash drawers, completes deposit slips, closes registers, and completes required documentation nt
• Other duties may be assigned n

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced retail environment nt
• Early and late shift availability nt
• Ability to multitask and problem solve nt
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills nt
• Demonstrated customer service experience nt
• Ability to multitask and resolve minor customer service conflicts nt
• Alcohol Beverage Awareness Cared (TAM Card) may be required nt
• Additional Security clearance may be required nt
• Satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Drug Testing May be required nt
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) n
